I specialize in working with tenacious women who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and family conflict. I want to help you stop living in fear and begin living authentically and confidently while having healthy connections.
As a holistic therapist, I support women to find a greater understanding of themselves, cultivate confidence in managing life, and gain deep healing from their painful pasts.
I help my clients safely bridge the gap between their thoughts and feelings and their minds and bodies. Together, we process what they are experiencing and learn to be present with their emotions so that when they come up in the future, it’s not scary or overwhelming. We’ll work together to figure out what type of treatment you need with the main focus being helping you feel better for the long-term. I am committed to creating a safe space in my sessions where my clients feel heard, validated and supported.

I offer in-person appointments in downtown Claremont on Wednesdays. Can’t come in? Online therapy can make therapy super convenient for you. Sessions can take place from the comfort of your own home, during your break at work or school, or even when you’re out of town. You’ll need privacy and a strong internet connection. Sessions are held through a secure telehealth platform.

This is a 20 minute phone call where we will discuss why you are seeking therapy and answer any questions you may have. We will get to know one another and decide if we are a good fit. If so, your first appointment will be scheduled.

We will meet for either in-person or online therapy either weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and availability. This will be a safe space where you will do the deep work, enhance self-attunement, gain the tools to get through your struggles, and discover ways to move forward.
