Online therapy can make it super convenient for you. You can have therapy at the comfort of your own home, during your break at work/school or even when you’re out of town. You can use your laptop, computer, or phone to have your video sessions. You’ll need privacy and a strong internet connection. Sessions are held through a secure telehealth platform (google meets).
-
Yes, I offer both! I offer in-person sessions in downtown Claremont on Mondays from 8 am to 12 pm and Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm. Feel free to choose what works best for you.

I charge $250 per 50 minute session.

I have a no-cancellation policy. This means that you are responsible for paying for your appointment regardless of whether you choose to come. You are able to “make up” for cancelled appointments within the week before, during, or after the date of your absence, if our schedules permit.
-
I do not accept insurance. However, if you receive Out Of Network benefits from your insurance coverage, I can provide you with a Superbill on a monthly basis in order to request reimbursement from your insurance coverage if applicable.
-
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

During your first appointment, we will talk about your background history, current stressors/problems you are having, and your goals. You are not expected to talk about anything you are not comfortable disclosing. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get to know me a little better, if you’d like.
-
There is no set in stone timeline for therapy. It varies for everyone. Therapy is tailored specifically for each person based on their wants and needs. Therapy is not a quick fix and does take time.
