Meet Noura Bermudez, LMFT

You can live at peace as your truest self.

Anxiety,  relationship, and holistic therapist in Claremont and online across California.

You overthink, you over do, and you need a break.

You don’t believe you are good enough and being yourself around others feels scary. You're trying so hard, but not getting what you want from your relationships because you feel unaccepted and unloved.

I work with women who are looking for a therapist who just gets them.

Sessions with me are flexible and are adjusted to your wants and needs. I will support  you in pushing a little past your comfort level in order for your growth and healing to blossom. Therapy with me is not like ripping off a band aid. Slow and steady wins the race.

I use a mindfulness-based approach to help clients feel safe and calm.  Also, I help bring awareness to deep unconscious patterns that have been keeping them stuck and together create healthier and more meaningful ways of living.

You are so used to putting everyone first that you don’t even know where to start when you hear the word “self-care”. This will be a place where you actually get to do that! Together, we’ll start to dig deep and truly understand, connect with, and heal your inner self. I want to help you learn how to stop living in survival mode and how to just start living.

I will encourage you to come as your truest self and meet you where you are with compassion, patience, and kindness. I will work alongside you through the discomfort and pain, and celebrate the wins.

As a half-Hispanic and half-Middle Eastern woman with immigrant parents, I have a cultural awareness, sensitivity, and understanding that allows me to connect deeply and do my best work with people of similar backgrounds. I’m passionate about supporting women with complex family dynamics and noticing how cultural factors play an important role in our mental wellness.

What it’s like to work with me.

Clients describe me as friendly, compassionate, caring, and super easy to talk to. They often feel that they can be 100 % themselves around me. In a world where many feel  misunderstood and unaccepted, here you don’t have to feel that you have to over explain, justify or prove yourself to me.

I am no stranger to suffering. I’m human too and I’ve experienced anxiety, pain, and tremendous heartache and I’ve come out the other side. You can too.
